Property Services Ltd., is run by Owen and Ann Jackson, and
was formed in the UK
to meet the needs of many non-French speaking UK purchasers knowing little about
the property market in France. Links Service fills
the gap between the purchaser, the mandating agent and the Notaire
by assisting with, paperwork, arranging visits to site to meet with
our agents, advertising available properties on the web and in
magazines, updating the details on a regular basis plus the
gathering together of all property details for sale in the regions
requested. Links is also able to assist with accommodation in a
Hotel, B & B or Gite if required. Links assists throughout any
visit resulting in a purchase as is necessary, providing useful
information. This service does not cost the client
an extra fee as some might believe as our fee is a share of the
total fee, similar to the process in the UK and the amount
agreed with our French counterparts.
